We aim to create a British Cycling Team with a focus on the personalities of the people involved and how they represent the group and its partners.

Development

We strive to form a balanced team that will facilitate development whilst also providing young riders with a pathway to competing at higher levels of the sport. Not only will we focus on the physical element of progression and development but also the mental aspects of the sport, including the manner that individuals represent themselves and the brands with which they are associated and therefore represent.
