A wealth of cycling experience

Collectively, Race Ride Fire brings a wealth of experience in cycling, spanning all levels from recreational to professional. Our expertise extends to international UCI cycling team management, complemented by a solid foundation in business management. On the bike we have competed in some of the world’s biggest road events with our ‘Head of Rider Development’, Colin Sturgess, attaining the ultimate accolade in cycling, becoming a World Champion on the track. Our Creative Director, David Major, specialises in the creation, management and representation of brands, successfully guiding numerous concepts from inception to global market prominence.

Rob Orr
Team Operations

Beginning his cycling journey later in the realm of sports, Rob commenced competitive cycling at the age of 24. The following year saw him relocate to France to join a ‘Division National’ team, marking the earnest pursuit to ascend the ranks of the sport. Over the years, Rob steadily progressed, ultimately reaching the global stage by competing for UCI Continental teams.

Serving as the Head of Operations for ‘Memil Pro Cycling,’ he successfully nurtured the team to its pinnacle, achieving a top-80 world ranking by Pro Cycling Stats in late 2018.

Rob is a Company Director and Chief of Operations for Ride Fire, as well as making up 50% of Champion Cycling Services.

Acutely aware of the help and assistance received over the years, Rob’s desire is to also help others. Race Ride Fire is being formed through a desire to create community and give back to the sport, together with a belief in individuals and their hopes and dreams – these are the elements behind his motivation.
